Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability confirmation
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the booking confirmation process
  • Deposits may be required for certain programs, particularly multi-day events

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: Reschedule available, no refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund or reschedule
  • Weather-related cancellations initiated by Magenta Crater: Automatic reschedule at no cost

Health and Safety

Participation in outdoor fitness activities involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

  • You are in adequate physical condition to participate in the chosen program
  • You have disclosed any relevant health conditions or physical limitations
  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
  • You understand that outdoor activities carry risks including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage
  • You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own wellbeing

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor fitness activities may involve risks such as uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. You acknowledge these risks and agree that Magenta Crater is not liable for injuries or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
